Was super pleased with the flowers from Moffatts. It can be tricky living overseas and ordering from a local company. I hoped that the flowers were going to be true to their website and they were perfect! In fact, they were identical. I can happily report that they are still going strong over a week later. i can highly recommend and will definitely order from again.

Ordered a $45 mini pink/purple orchid (which is really hard to find, most are bigger) with a $15 delivery. The price is reasonable compared to many online that charge around $80+. Delivery is super fast. Within a day. However, they got the day wrong! After an email, they responded promptly and offered to deliver roses as apologies! Mistakes happen, but how they dealt with it makes them a good business which I definitely will go back to.The orchid looks sexy! Way better than it looks than the photos!

The customer service used to be reasonably good 10 years ago, but now they don't bother to respond to emails and they're so rude to people. It's a shame as this region used to be friendly 30 years ago. This business is reminder of how unfriendly and stuck up the area is becoming.
