Was paying a monthly sum. Had 4 months to go with baycorp and then was demanded I pay the sum in full that day or they will put it on my credit file. I told the lady that I was unable to pay and that I’m going to have to move out of my house to pay the sum. She replied with “well I guess you’re going to have to do that then”. Poor poor effort

The most useless company ever, totally inept. They call you and then don’t pick up the phone and leave weird messages. When they do pick the phone up they don’t tell you who they are. Whoever is in charge of this operation needs to be fired

Useless Muppets. Chasing the wrong person! Don't give you any info about their claim against you, especially since its through fraud. I dont owe anyone anything. Only how much. Slow to respond to their emails.

Called 3 times to let them know we had been receiving letters to our flat addressed to someone else, instead of assisting us they hung up 3 times. Called back a fourth time and finally got a lovely lady who helped.

Horrible customer service! Was transferred 3 times without bring informed on why I was transferred. Apparently I needed to discuss my issue with a 'case manager' who ironically was not the same person I talked to previously. If I could a star I would.

Harassing phone calls (x3 in one day ) & text messages during lockdown.Am proceeding with a complaint with my telco against baycorp.Lockdown is not a chance for you to debt chase people and create more stress, nor is it a good time to harass someone via telecommunications. Your job is to debt collect, not harass. Your on a very fine line and you've breached that fine line today.
