Metro Waiting Lounge
I like that metro have gone to the trouble of building this waiting room for people taking the bus. It is so much better than the old bus stop which was just a standard bus stop. Unfortunately outside it is often very dirty and messy which is not the best but inside it is usually kept nice and clean.

This is a very good facility for all users as it's safe and is good shelter from cold wet weather while waiting for the next bus.

Metro Waiting Lounge
I used the smaller waiting lounge in the opposite side of Riccarton road. This was very convenient especially during bad weather. Seats were good and there was a display that gave information about ETA of buses.

Metro Waiting Lounge
Unfortunately on their website they did not say that their coffee corner was closed and that you were Not able to buy a Metrocard. I gave some advise to my family to by it there in the morning, but it was closed for a longer period of time.I see that by today they did update their website, but I would like to know any update on when the shop opens again, if my family is able to buy a Metrocard next week and what the opening & closing times are?
