Train Staff always tell customers off for trivial things are completely unhelpful and arrogant. Service unreliable. Lift ur game!My daughter was holding the safely hoops and this AT man yelled at her on the train saying it is unsafe, however I couldn't see an issue. Another time an AT lady was so slow to help me through a gate that had malfunctioned so I just about missed the train, door started closing, tried the button didn't work so I forced it open. Then a young AT man yells at me. This company is the worst.

So apparently you can't use the same device to transfer the ownership of the vehicle coz their system mixes it up? Called them on a Friday (waited 30minutes like everyone here) and had a representative pick up the phone close to closing hours to mention that they will call me back on Monday. (to no surprises they didn't call back and had to wait 30 minutes again) then had a new representative somehow blame my end of notifying them change of ownership was confusing because it was done via the same device. Couldn't be bothered dealing with the toxic service and ended up paying for the transfer of ownership again which also in addition added another extra owner onto the vehicles history.

I become horribly late due to my busses getting cancelled at least 4 times in a row (Or even more! Most I've seen cancelled in a row for the 906 in the morning, was 6.) It's awful when I need to bus to somewhere/need to bus home especially when I don't have my car.

Genuinely shocked at how bad they are bought RUCs for my work vehicle a month ago still haven't received the screen card for my window made sure my address was correct on multiple occasions still waiting for my card can never get through to the call centre and tells me to phone back every time I call them I wish I could give zero. FIX YOUR SYSTEM!!!

Biased company… Auckland roads are becoming annoying with all these random speed bumps and traffic lights in places where traffic would then build up! Are you guys even doing research into this? It’s obvious that you are doing these on purpose to get more people annoyed and utilise the public transport- when this isn’t 100% at times. Why have another set of traffic lights literally straight away after another. And why can’t you fix these dam pot holes!

On hold TWICE for an hour each time to have their call agency hang up once I got through. Trying to get hold of our RUC and Rego labels that got paid in December last year. Why should we have to pay for reprints when their system is just so rubbish.

Like the country,this government dept is stuffed. Waited 80mins on hold. 4 weeks to be told that nzta made an error for ID verification. Rural here, 4 hour round trip to correct this. Totally incompetent and out of touch..like the govt!!! One star is to much!!!

NZTA I booked my full license test and received a confirmation email and everything, only to turn up to my appointment to be informed of a crash on NZTA's website and they had no record of my booking so I was not able to sit my test. I received no information about this issue and was such a waste of my time and money. Additionally I was not able to rebook my test unless I paid the test fee again. I was also told it was my responsibility to contact NZTA for my refund and wait on their phone line or wait 15 working days to get any sort of reply from them. I ended up rebooking my test for their next available time which was the next week. The afternoon before my test I received a text message saying that my testing officer could no longer test me and they had rebooked me for 2 weeks time (Which I was not available for). Therefore, I have to try to contact NZTA again to get another refund. I have now paid two test fees and not been able to sit my test once! This has been the most frustrating experience and the biggest waste of my time and money.

5:30 am southern line train broken down 3 times during a 2 week period. God knows how many other times it breaks down and different hours. This service is worse than Zimbabwe . Train never runs on the weekend the reason they provide is that they are providing maintenance . I am not sure what maintenance is getting done cause the train does not work during the weekdays. This organization has to be the worst managed in the world based on transport, they have all the money and recourses and cannot even keep the train running. I get to my destinations faster than any of their services on my push bike. That is the level of how bad this service is.

My practical test got cancelled and rescheduled to a different date via a text message...I couldn't do the date so I called the number and was on hold for 40mins, and they listened before saying they'd transfer me to another colleague...I was waiting another 40mins...they didn't really help with my issue just made it worse and were giving me options that cost more money and not applicable for me, despite me not canceling the test but the test taker...their whole system is broken. I don't know if it's a system issue, if it's a limited staffing issue causing the awfully high wait times, but I know it's a bad management issue. One of the worst organisations in this country. Quick to charge, reluctant to fix their services.
