Family Martial Arts - Kenpo Karate Wellington

I've been training with the school for close to 4 years and while at first I wasn't too sure what to expect, I soon found that I was regularly attending and was very much enjoying what I was doing.Having done other martial arts before, I was initially unsure of what else I could get out of training besides the fitness aspect. Soon after I saw that Kenpo doesn't just address the how, but the why and the more I trained, the more I grew to love training. My elder son is training in this institution for almost 6 years now. He is grown confident and learned to value and respect people. Sean not only helps to learn karate but also has certain programs to teach students to respect other, be disciplined.
