Delt with Matt on Sunday and brought a faulty vape which was auto firing after inhaling. Went in on Tuesday to return as called Matt Sunday regarding the issue and he was happy for me to exchange the faulty vape. Delt with Ash today and we both got off on the wrong foot but after some words I'm glad to see vape shed carrying out there responsibles as a retailer.Cheers again ash
