Awesome experience here today.Had my tube burst while riding in the city, so ended up there as they were one of only 2-3 shops open on a Sunday (nice.)Rowan was an absolute legend: friendly, helpful, and impressive with his ability to multitask.Although I wasn't able to leave my bike there for full-on servicing (about a two-week wait for their technician, sadly), Rowan changed my tube on the spot—talked me through how to patch the damaged one easily at home—and didn't even charge me for the labour.Was in and out with a brand new tube in 10 mins, for $10. Incredible and day-saving!I believe this bike shop is fairly new. With people/experiences like this, they should do really well in Welly. Thanks again, team!

Excellent service, friendly staff, clear communications

Had my electrical scooter wheel burst on me. Ended up going to Evo Cycles to get it repaired. I was immediately welcome with friendly gesture. Once I've explained my situation, they had order the part to get it repaired for me. Came back to get it repaired with parts being ordered. They got it fixed for me. I wanted to pay for the service on getting fixed for me but they declined.If my scooter ever had any issues in the future, I will be sure to come back! Thank you so much!

Excellent service. Ordered in Crank Brother shoes, they were too small so another larger size was ordered and the shoes were swapped without any fuss whatsoever, brilliant!
