Utterly disgusted in their customer service. I have emailed so many time and called regarding the training i paid for and have yet to get a response. Ive called the trainer and nothing, ive emailed you guys three times and ive been waiting months! I just want my money back. The basic training that i did pay for and get was a waste of money, you can learn everything and more on Youtube from the comfort of your own home. Im so angry and tired of trying to contact someone. GET BACK TO ME !

I also have paid for a class that was postponed" due to Covid and despite repeated calls and emails no response from the company. I understand that this has been a tough time for many businesses however surely you can offer us something in way of recompense. If you are still operating why not offer us a new class ?Google reviews are important to the success of your business so its got to be a win win if you can help out those of us who have been left out of pocket and earn an edited review."

Had the best experience with Jen and the dog guru team! So many different techniques to get the same result. It was fun for both me and my dog! Reasonably priced and located in heaps of different areas! 11/10 recommended!!!

Dog Guru are both professional and highly skilled at what they do. I would highly recommend Jen and any of her trainers to help out your dog at any age in life. Their passion and love for dogs shows through their work and are the best people to help with any problems you may have.

Dog Guru have been brilliant to deal with from our very first rescue puppy Jax through to our newest adoption Kaia, their trainers are up to speed with the latest training techniques and I would recommend them to anybody who has or is thinking about getting a puppy.
