Don't even bother been ringing multiple of PC shops today and PC hardware told me it would be around 350 for a 1tb hardrive plus installation which is absurd when every other place I rung is 200 at the most and others are all 180 - 199 sooo yer don't go to this company unfortunately

Having had, and still getting very poor service from a computer service in Hamilton where I have taken a tablet over 4 weeks ago to be repaired, I take great pleasure in letting everyone know that when I had an issue with my desk top computer yesterday on ringing PC HARDWARE" it was suggested that I bring the PC to them for a look . I dropped it there around 4pm yesterday WED and had a ring and quote at approx 3.45 today ThURS to say all done and could pick up. I want everyone to know The price for fixing was incredible. What totally awesome honest and reliable service they not only offer but give. THANKS A MILLION

Excellent resolution of a tricky network problem. PC hardware responded the same day. Corey worked systematically through the issues and left our system in much better condition than it had been. THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE. Today (21 July 2020) I went to PC Hardware for a second opinion. I had a recent major job (replace the Hard Drive) done on my Laptop at another Computer repair outlet. They did a good job except they returned my Laptop with a Blacked out screen. Over the following 2 weeks I returned to them to try and get this sorted. I was starting to get annoyed as they tried to avoid me. I decided this time I would escalate the situation with Management. When I visited PC Hardware for a second opinion I said that I would pay for their service. However, they solved the problem which was an easy fix in the end (5 minutes). I'm extremely thankful for the friendly and professional service. I highly recommend PC Hardware and I'm going to give them all my work and be sure to tell others. Thank you big time PC Hardware.
