I am so thankful I was introduced to Andrew! Thanks to his holistic approach to wellness I have experienced and made changes that have radically improved my quality of life. Suffering long term and debilitating fatiguedigestive issues, insomnia and general anxiety, after consulting countless health practitioners I was sceptical but desperate.I now have a lot more energy, good digestion and sleep most of the time and am seldom anxious. Andrew is a great massage therapist. I have tried many different massage styles to try recover from sports injuries and to loosen up tight areas around my body, but Andrew’s accupressure massages hit the right spots in order to relieve and relax any tension in my body. He applys good firm pressure, which helps me know that i’ll be very relaxed after every treatment. His knowledge and advice about the body has also helped me improve my diet and and general wellbeing.

In November 2017 I suffered from a very sore neck. I attended a physio who made no improvement and sent me for an x-ray. The x-ray showed a range of problems and when the physio saw the report and x-ray he said he could do nothing for me and to see my GP. I did and he said he could do nothing and prescribed paracetamol (for life?).I visited Andrew Newman and he worked on the muscles leading to the neck to strengthen them. In a short time I was improved and now hardly feel any difficulty with my neck.I now visit Andrew for treatment once each 3 months.I am very grateful for all he has done for me.

I first started consulting Andrew an year back for my trauma on my right leg. The leg has been causing me discomfort while walking and sometimes it feels there is no enough blood circulation happening. I used to encounter sudden cramps and pain around my shin bone and around my ankle.it was becoming an uncomfortable affair until I met Andrew. When we started Andrew used to attack the root cause of the problem, we used to discuss about the trauma, the cause,the trauma even being a mild one, why the impact on the leg was huge etc. With all such discussions, one of the major outcome was how a tightness and stress on muscles all over the body could impact the muscles around the leg. Andrew being trained in South Korea working through his career at various parts of the world, United States for an instance, has gained a huge amount of experience understanding how the muscular construction of the body plays huge impact on the overall well being. He has a great understanding of varma points, i.e the body's meridian lines, how energy flows through them, clearing the flow through specific point has impact on which organ, how does chi energy flows through the meridian lines and its influence our energy levels etc. With the huge amount of experience that he has gained over eastern way of healing, he clearly identified my problem, what needs to be done and how it could be treated with simple exercises, easy lifestyle changes and ways to drop down the stresses held by the muscles. Keeping in mind that the eastern way of healing does take a while to show positive progress on our body, I was persistent continuing my sessions with Andrew and it has played a huge role on my overall well being. The body needs time to heal, and we cant expect miracles on following eastern medicine. Western medicine, on the other hand even though it heals instantly I would say we aren't doing justice to our body and the relief is not permanent. From all my experience with Andrew, I would say one should be fortunate to find someone like him in a world where everything is instant. I would recommend anyone with simple to complex health issues to Andrew and all the best for him to continue doing what he is good at.

Andrew is sincerely caring and qualified. I began visiting Andrew before foot surgery. Continuing, three months post operation my surgeon reported I was one of his fastest recovering patients! I attribute this to my regular sessions with Andrew which were focused on releasing post-operative trauma, clearing stagnant energy and psychological apprehensions too. Andrew is a miracle worker! His techniques are great at getting rid of the aches and pains and he is very knowledgeable about the body. He also takes a holistic view and has lots of other tips about other things I can be doing to lead a more pain free life.

3 years ago I got severe (7 out of 10) tinnitus in my left ear, it started abruptly, so I thought. I lost my sleep as I was not able to mask it with any sounds of rain or music. As a result, my career suffered as I was not able to concentrate both due to the noise and lack of sleep. I quit my job and dedicated all my time to fix whatever went wrong.I was lucky to bump into Andrew, who took my issue as a project, a very long one must I say. During those 3 years together, I learned what might have caused my issue in the first place. I was surprised to learn that I had predispositions to tinnitus as far as 25 years ago.I came to treat my tinnitus, only to realize that it is merely a symptom of other deeper imbalances happening in my body. What Andrew offers is beyond your typical massage. Yes he does relieve tensions in the normal sense, but he also re-tunes your energy with a type of chanelling.
