Good product knowledge of what I was buying, but service was shocking two assistants looked at the wife and myself carried on talking basically served ourselves would of walked out if I knew somewhere else I could of brought it

Was good, the special solder wasn't where I looked being the solder section, but guy behind counter knew straight away and was interested in what it was for, a 98 year old vintage car ignition switch repair.

Supposedly there hours are 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday. Turned up at 9am on a wednesday and they are still closed. Hopeless for trade customers. These guys need competition.
