Chris is amazing at his job. I have never seen someone who cares as much a Chris when it comes to his landlords and tenants. The standard he upholds is quite impressive. I couldn't recommend a property manager more than Chris at Priority property management and would challenge anyone to show me a better person to look after a property.

Chris is personable, friendly, relaxed, efficient and an excellent communicator. He has decades of property management experience and his business is award-winning. From a landlord perspective, I like the fact that he meets and vets tenants personally rather than assigning this important process to someone else. Any maintenance and other issues have always been dealt with promptly and effectively. He is a hands-on" property manager

Chris is the most efficient property manager I know. His communication is excellent, any time theres been an issue he has sorted tradespeople quick smart. The trades people used are very polite and clean too! I would have no issue reccomending Priority Property to anyone on the hunt for a property manager.
