An old and tradition company, great brands and range. Very knowledgeable and always polite. But try to make you jump through hoops at every turn. Fortunately their are many companies and agencies that beat a path to your door and overseas suppliers are pressing and proactive. When you have boysenberry and strawberry ice cream it really doesn't matter if you're out of stock on one!!

My mother in law and I ordered a George Vacuum recently, and the customer service and product have been fantastic! George took a stain out of our carpet that had been there for years, as well as a spill on the couch upholstery. My 17 month year old is also very happy with George and his friendly face while we clean the house. :)Thanks Proquip!!!

Purchased a George, what an excellent vacuum. Great suction and ease of use on normal vacuuming. The day after delivery my 17 month granddaughter was sick on the fabric sofa. With the spray on cleaner and water, then great suction, the upholstery was clean and incredibly dry. Proquip NZ Ltd were extremely efficient and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.
