My partner and I went for dinner on a weekend and loved the food. We had previously dined here with a large group and didn’t enjoy the experience due to snow service, but this time was much better!We enjoyed the food and the service. If you would like a booth though book in advance as they were all reserved while we had dinner.I had the gnocchi which was amazing (swapped the sauce for a mushroom sauce which I would recommend) and garlic bread. We also had the duck fat fries (okay, but not amazing). My partner had the pork chops and loved them!

So impressed! Eating out when you are gluten intolerant can be a daunting experience, but not at The Attic! They have the Celiac Tick and can make most their menu gluten free.We got the Pork Ribs (full) and were impressed with the size and value for money. Highly recommended! :)

This place was fantastic for a group or family as it is a spacious venue.When you enter ,you wait for a staff member to show you a place to sit or you can choose .The environment is nice and cozyThey have a fire place which will good for the cold wintery day's.I ordered the half spare ribs and upgraded my chips to duck fat..amazingFish and chips has good portions and happy with the service and atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable .

Party of 4 came here for the first time and was blown away by the great service including looking after my toddler straight away with a choice of colouring material. The portion sizes were good value. We ordered the steak, chicken burger and, pasta with a side of fries and the pork belly entree. The pasta was so creamy and flavourful the pork belly was tender and juicy (unfortunately didn’t have the crispy crackle) and the steak meal was the best he’s had in a long time! We can’t wait to go back next time we visit Auckland.

In reply to your reply - just to clarify, there was no swearing involved and no aggressive behaviour by any members of our party. We were frustrated by the poor service & poor communication and lack of availability of menu items. If menu items were not available maybe your staff should have told us that before we decided on our orders.Absolute rubbish from start to finish. Terribly poor service, average food. Party of 6 - 2 starters arrived after waiting 40 minutes from ordering. Other 4 people waited another 40 minutes for their starters. Drinks orders were mucked up & drinks forgotten. Mains were very slow to arrive & we asked after them numerous times (as we did regarding the entrees). No fish, salmon or oysters from the menu were available.Would have given zero stars but not possible on this review. Will never go again, will never recommend.
