Absolutely incredible service honestly I cannot thank you enough! I took in an s20 ultra that was smashed and had been dead for about 8 months. They fixed it overnight. Then I dropped it a few days later while at the hospital with my daughter and they fixed it again only charging me for parts and not the labour. Then it had some internal issues and they fixed it a 3rd time, this time no charge. I am so so grateful thank you so much highly recommended to all

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! The young ladies at the shop are very helpful however there is an older lady who i believe is the manager is absolutely rude and has broken English. I got my sons iPad fixed here at the start of the year, 3 months later it wasn't working and half the screen was black. My son did not damage it!! I called her to tell her what has been happening and she said she is unable to do anything about it but instead charge me $250 as I already paid $340 to get this fixed already. I started quoting around tankini and to get the iPad fixed I went to Tech n gadgets just down the road who were very helpful for $200, only two days to fix also and NCQ had it for a whole 2 weeks. The gentleman at Tech n gadgets had told me this wasn't fixed how it should have been as they had inserted a rubber thing at the back of the LCD screen and that's why it wasn't working. I called the lady as I insisted on a refund and she turned around practically to call me a liar and that I planted it there myself. Not trying to pity myself but I am a single mother of two and feel absolutely ripped off. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGIAN!!
