When the car we went into see turned out not to meet our needs, Lewis was really good about offering alternatives that worked well for us. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. The pricing seemed fair and quite transparent. They detailed the car for us pretty well, though when we picked up the vehicle the petrol was almost empty and the car smelled of cigarette smoke. And one of the keys turned out not to work, which meant an extra trip back to sort that out. Overall, though, this was a really easy and low-stress experience and we would definitely recommend seeing Lewis for your next car purchase!
