Johnson and Couzins
Really good product but the service is lacking. This is the 3rd time we have purchased and 2 out of the 3 installations has been a nightmare. No concept of the time and cost their customers incur to be home so they can repeatedly return to resolve problems.Update: Promised again to fix matters but didn't show up to the appointment (waited 90 min). Electrical installed illegally (they wired it themselves).
