Couldn't be happier about our experience with Rural Wireless thus far. Assistance and advice prior to installation, the installation itself and personalised service since have all been flawless. Installer went the extra mile to locate the terminal inside our house exactly where we wanted it, despite this being far from easy.We now have internet speeds more than 10 times faster than from our previous service, at the same monthly cost. Amazing.

Peter and the team at Rural wireless have been great, we’re and the limit of a tower we draw from and still get over 40mbps download speed.Easy to deal with. Great communication and the o lay place we found worth going for an unlimited rural connection. My wife does a lot of online work from home using zoom, and has never had connectivity issues, especially with the kids loading up the bandwidth.Cheers team.

I have switched to Rural wireless a dramatic improvement from the previous provider. Within 3 hour of first contact with Rural wireless the system was changed over. No messing around straight on with the job. We are now able to work from home with much faster uploads. Awesome technician, extremely polite, answered my endless curiosity, felt like he was part of the family and just wanted the best outcome for our internet.I highly recommend them for your internet connection. Good prompt service, installation was easy and as arranged. The performance of the connection down speed is around 6 times faster than we were achieving via ADSL/VDSL and up speed around 30 times faster. Antenna is very small and unobtrusive. Costs are comparable with our previous service. Overall pretty happy and its nice to support local business also. Thanks, Trevor

Great communication. Prompt service. Very knowledgeable about product and identifying customer needs - and most importantly, communicating that information. Was very professional removing shoes as required, asking before leaving doors open and access to roof space requests. Such a huge improvement to our connectivity across the entire house. I am also sorted with avenues should my requirements change and need to get in touch with them as well as being able to monitor my usage. Very good service and services. We have been trying to get internet at our rural address for four years with no luck.We have been promised that it could be connected and that it would work faster then we could ever need… everyone failed..Peter so the only one who did a full completed check before he even sent Kale out do the install and was fully open with what you could hope to get.Well, it works better then we could ever hope and they went above and beyond to get it in for us.Kale did a outstanding install.Great people and great service. I don’t think we would ever go anywhere else.Had it a month now and don’t know ourselves.
