Such a lovely pharmacy. Had heard great things and all true! Service excellent and so friendly and helpful. Beautiful homeware too. Look forward to visiting again!

Today, I sat for 15 minutes waiting for my prescription to be filled. Initially I was told that they couldn't fill one item and handed back the prescription. I asked if they were going to fill the other item and told 'yes.' So I waited and waited and finally went up to ask what was happening and the woman at the counter said they'd returned the script to me to get the whole thing filled at another pharmacy. Maybe I misunderstood the original conversation but to let me sit there for 15 minutes without asking 'why' is unacceptable.This is the second incident where I have been left waiting. The first time I handed in my prescription then sat and waited in front of the counter. I waited 20 mins and no-one called my name. I finally went to the counter and asked what was happening and my prescription had been filled just no one thought to call my name and let me pay for it.This pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

An alright place, lovely clerks on the counter, very friendly. However, the female pharmacist I got was shocking- dismissive and snippy, using my incorrect name (after getting her to change a name on file which was incorrect). Don't think I'll be returning sadly, other people were lovely though.

If you catch them on a good day they can be quite fast. Other days you'd be better off taking a few laps around the block.
