Impresa custom-made a really great tileable shower tray [Metro] for me and I didn't even need to travel to Auckland. Colin attentively listened to my request and is so knowledgeable I felt comfortable ordering and paying for the tray. When it arrived, the qualified tradesmen were impressed and found the product easy to install, tile and fit glass to. I can thoroughly recommend this product and the company.

Amazing service and the product is the best quality, niches are stainless steel compared to competition plastic ones. Impress Tiles showers were the best designed tiled shower trays I researched in Auckland. Very happy with the product and service

Communication has been pour.Payed promptly for the full package of tray and glass.Tray arrived 3 days after saying it had been sent.3 weeks later still waiting on the glass and wall retainer strips. Jobs at a standstill and to make it worse.Won’t reply to emails or follow up phone calls.Not just one staff member eitherPhone calls with Colin, unanswered emails with Justin.Not good enough for the money being paid.
