Amazing service from John at Think Water today. First weekend in Level 4 lockdown and our water pump stopped working. John talked us through all the troubleshooting on the phone. Then opened up his workshop and allowed us to do a contactless drop off so he could look at it - ultimately it was buggered(20+yrs old). He supplied a new one - gave us several options for reasonable $$ and talked us through the set up by phone once we got it home. Highly recommend John and his team.

Very expensive repairs done which I found out was unnecessary. They relied upon my ignorance to make more money. I would recommend using a different company, even to the extent of buying a 'Trademe special' rather than use these guys.
