Red eye roofing reroofed my concrete tile garage. 5 stars isn’t enough to express how happy I am with the care that they put in to ensure that I had a water proofed and good looking roof. I’m a very happy customer who wish that there were more people operating like Keith and his crew.

Initially they were responsive and came to look at our roof repair quite quickly. We asked them to do the repair plus a full assessment of the roof to highlight anything else that may need fixing plus a quote for the work. They sent us the repair bill which we paid immediately but never anything about the assessment even with multiple requests. The roof leaked immediately in the next rain event and we contacted them multiple times on phone and email and never ever heard back. So we paid for a botch repair job and then zero communication. Really disappointing!!

The Redeye team were great at fixing the roof on my parent's house. A very quick and efficient team, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and had a clever technique for safely scaling the roof to fix it where it needed it. My parents were really impressed and thought they were a great firm to deal with.

All within 15 minutes: Arrived, clambered about the roof and attic, found the issue (broken roof tile), got a new unpainted tile, moved an existing tile from an unseen part of the roof to replace the broken tile, installed the new unpainted tile where it can't be seen from the road, cleaned up and on their way... professional and excellent service, thank you guys so much!

I highly recommend the team at Redeye Roofing. I called one company (Paul Milne) and was quoted $5k to fix a leak in the roof and advised they couldn’t guarantee the repair as the leak could be coming from anywhere. The boys from Redeye then came out, hopped onto the roof and in the spot that I said we had a leak they immediately found a cracked tile. They replaced it, fixed the mortar on a large section of the ridge and were done for a very reasonable $250. Can’t be happier!
