Helpful friendly team, had no idea what I needed but the guy at the counter was very friendly & helpful.Makes life that little bit easier, especially for those who suffer from anxiety disorders, when you get friendly helpful staff .

I've been in here a couple of times and found the staff can be very rude. For someone who doesn't know anything about cars, I asked for abit of assistance to help me find what I was needing, they made me feel super uncomfortable with the lack of interest they showed to help me, and expected me to just know instead of helping me. After today I will definitely not be going back and will continue to shop at supercheap where they're always whiling to help with a smile unlike Repco.

Absolutely useless! Found out that they replaced my curved window blades with straight ones when I went in for new rubber. It cost me $100 for new blades when I finally realized what was wrong with them. It was meant to be a easy replace but whoever did it removed the curved metal so they could fit straight rubber! Idk why they would do that but it meant u needed entire new blades

Bought 2 items online , says in stores stock?Finally when time to pick up , received call from them ,only 1 item available ready, very disappointed on counter to pick , have been Told to me not available my 2nd item,Very poor online service , I returned back the item which was ready just because of my 2 bd item was very important to me?Hope you fixed your Online services???
