We have used Jared and Matt from Glass and Joinery Services on numerous occasions at our house which has older style aluminium doors and windows that constantly need adjusting. They are always courteous and respectful, super helpful, and well priced. We've also referred them to family members and friends who have been just as impressed. They also do the cheapest electronic cat door install that we could find on the north shore but always perfectly installed and operating advice/cat training given free of charge.They also repair broken windows in timber joinery. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Booked in for a cat flap installation. Jared was friendly as and said he would call to let us know when he was on his way. The day of the installation came and we recieved no call and no show. He did not answer our calls or messages on the day of the booking and no answer when we tried to call the following day during business hours. No contact to date. Confusing and dissapointing.

The “emergency glass services” told me 4-5 months wait time to fix my broken cat flap/window, Jared had one of his team out in a couple of days. They were in and out in less than an hour and quality is excellent, I highly recommend these guys.

We are absolutely stoked with the result of our mirror splash-back fitting for our kitchen. It's transformed our kitchen. Jared's provided excellent service from the start to the finish. He goes well beyond the norm and goes the extra mile. He's quick, efficient, on time, professional, has an attention to detail, thinks about the overall outcome of the products, and has a great sense of humour. I can't speak highly enough of the workmanship done by Jared at Glass and Joinery Services, its fit to quality and he's a super tidy kiwi!!! Totally recommend Glass and Joinery Services!

I definitely recommend Jared. I needed a cat door removed and replaced and Jared came out that same day to sort it. He was super efficient, great at communicating and made it an easy process for me! :)

Absolute rubbish service, initially Jarret confirmed job, and then from there made numerous false promises about doing the job. Then he seemed to disappear off the planet and never returned calls or txt msgs.I’m in the trade and this guy is the WORST I have encountered.Looks to me that in reading his reviews, he’s okay if he arrives on the job but clearly doesn’t give a toss about turning up on others.I would never use him againAnd I would never recommend him to anyone
