0 star if I could. How hard it is to make a visa transfer?Or is it a usual for you to lose applicant’s passport???A man called Cezar is extremely terrible. Speak very fast and unclear, no apologies for delay process, can’t answer any of my questions, and with rude attitude.When I call them(waiting for at least 30mins per call) after 7 working days, they even didn’t start processing the application because they can’t find my package!I’ve checked with the courier company, and they gave me the proof of delivery and they’ve delivered the package after one day I gave them. So what happened exactly?How can you lose my passport and didn’t take it seriously?I’ve changed my flight twice for the poor processing time, and now I don’t know when I should change my flight to because I don’t know whether or when they will find the package :)

It seems that discrimination is rife and everywhere. All employers I find in NZ publish their commitment to equal opportunity employment. THAT IS A BLATANT LIE. It only counts for what is considered equal in the NZ immigration's own definition which is discriminatory by definition. Even if you are the best candidate for a job in NZ, they will count you out because you are not in NZ. The so-called equal" stops at the border

Zero star for sure if I can. Endless phone waiting and helpless customer service. Application processing speed is extremely slow. Completely lack of empathy and disregard of people's feeling. Worst of the worst.

Hopeless! I had applied my work visa via a Korean lawyer, I paid a lot of money. It has been more than 3 months, I heard nothing! Every time I call the immigration, they just give me different sayings about same thing! I don’t know who can I trust! Just a nightmare! They said they are waiting for my medical report, but I am sure I had submitted it 1 month ago! Last time they told my that my visa has being processed but after 3 weeks, they told me that they haven’t started process my application! Make no sense!

I accidentally made an error on my visa transfer application, called them and they were able to fix it within 48hrs!

To begin, the website has no cohesion whatsoever. It has obviously been designed by a team who never spoke to one another and then assembled all their work where EVERY SINGLE web page directs you in a circle where you can't find an answer to any single problem.So you must call.Average hold time - 3 hours.Tried calling four times just in the past couple months for the same problem and the most previous, told they had to escalate the issue (as they had no clue how to help login online for us) and would get back by email or phone. We've sent follow up emails but it's been 3 weeks since that call. So, we call AGAIN today and after being on hold for just short of 2 and a half hours (quick by their standards), they answered and hung up. Most likely by accident but what? Now we HAVE to call again and join the queue from the back? A shambles.The team consists of what must be 5 people who have absolutely no clue what they are employed to do and have no understanding of the consequences and importance their job holds for US.No urgency. No knowledge. No helpful direction whatsoever.

Zero star if I can. Application processing speed too slow. Waited almost three hours on hold but didn't get any useful information. They just asked be patient and waiting or said you have to cancel your plan. Poor service poor system.

Should rate a 0" if can do. Tried calling both in Auckland and Wellington. Kept me waiting for one hour and no one answered. Transferring my visa to a new passport status still in nowhere. Made complaint online to Immigration and MBIE. No one care. I don't know what's happening..so stressful-- Really no officials care about this. What is wrong with our Govt."
