Brazilian Beauty Therapy

Unfortunately I left this Brazilian wax feeling robbed. I booked into Brazilian beauty therapy as I was passing through Auckland. The reviews seemed ok and the bonus was she did the “bikini facial”. I thought when I booked online this bikini facial included a wax as it was categorised under waxing. I was wrong and on arrival I was informed it did not include this. As a traveller on a strict budget I decided to just go with a Brazilian wax. I noted to Nina that I had a few sporadic hairs just on the inside of my thigh and she said she would remove “everything”. The actual treatment was satisfactory, although a few hairs were broken as these grew back within days. I went to pay and I was presented with an extortionate bill, which I questioned. Having had a wax only 4weeks ago I didn’t expect to be paying $75 for a Brazilian 8-12weeks, Nina said it was because I did not have my treatment with her (how could I when I have been travelling through NZ). She agreed to take $10 off. I also found out that the sporadic hairs on the inside of my hair had cost me $30 per leg! This should have been told to me before removal (I would have happily removed it myself to save $60!). Nina out of goodwill said she would knock off $5 dollars… as the treatment had been completed I felt my hands were tied and I had to pay the most expensive Brazilian wax I have ever paid for. I absolutely would not recommend, as there are many other places who could provide a honest service.

Nilza is amazing. The best therapist for any beauty needs including for men. She caters well for all grooming needs and is extremely professional, gentle, and empathetic with her clients. Had a very professional male Brazilian wax done by her. She makes you feel at ease and does her job really well - she is super skilled at her job, has amazing international experience, and definitely the best I’ve come across in Auckland. Guys, if your are apprehensive or embarrassed about having a first Brazilian wax or had a bad experience elsewhere previously, you definitely need to visit Nilza. She’ll make you feel comfortable and relaxed and you will hardly notice any pain even in your most intimate and sensitive parts. Highly recommended- 5 star service that’s is very hard to find in Auckland, especially for male grooming needs.

I am 30 weeks pregnant and went for my very first Brazilian wax EVER with Nilza today and I have ZERO regrets! She is amazing! Made me feel at ease and she did it so quick and painless. I would recommend her to everyone, especially if you’re new to the waxing game.

My friend and I had the best experience here today! We both haven’t been Brazilian waxed before and didn’t know what to expect. We booked for a different place butaccidentally went to this one (gps mistake) but it was the best mistake we ever did! Nilza was so incredibly lovely and welcomed us, not even phased by our mistake and booked us in right there and then. I am 32 weeks pregnant and was going for Brazilian wax for the first time. The only concern I had was the treatment of staff with the Client, but Nilza the Brazilian expert welcomed me with a smile and positive energy. Kept talking to me during the procedure so I don’t feel that much pressure or pain. The room was nice and clean. Waxing was done professionally. I had no Bruces, cuts or itching after that. Will be going there again.
