Very bad experience. Not only the Lower Hutt store, but also their call centre. My wife applied for our joint account under her name, but failed twice. So the third time we had to apply a joint account under my name, and it was successful. But we received three bills for 2 degrees in the first month. Two bills under my wife's name and one under my name. We came to Lower Hutt store and the staff told us not to worry. 2Degree don't charge any fee from my wife's accounts which inactive. But we got three more bills at the next month. My wife had to call the call center and waiting more than 30mins.And the support staff was very unfriendly. She had to go back to the Lower Hutt store to deal with it. Until today, I found a charge fee under her 2Degree account. We came to Lower Hutt store again and my wife was very angry with this. We had three trips to the store, countless phone calls in two months. And everyone promising it was fixed, but it wasn't. Today the staff refused to talk to my wife and were very rude. The staff felt like we were being unreasonable. To be a network company, if the system has repeated problems, either technicians will fix them quickly or company need to train their employees on how to deal with customer complaints. I have never meet this kind of awful service. We just wanna change to other network company as soon as possible.

Terrible service, called and spoke with someone regarding setting up an eSim. So I say cool thanks I’ll come down later today to get one sorted, “no worries see you then”. Get down there later and they tell me they don’t have any, for starters why do they need stock ?? The whole point on an eSim is that you don’t need a SIM card so what do you need stock of exactly? If they didn’t have any why didn’t they tell me that a couple hours earlier when I was on the phone to them?

My daughter gifted me a new phone for Xmas so as I am a 2degrees customer I popped into their shop on corner of Queens Dr & Bunny St. I was approached by a short slight built man, unfortunately I didn't see his name. I asked if they could help me transfer my data to the new phone. He said that I needed to charge the new phone before he could do this!! I am of the older generation but have never had this said to me before and have had this service done previous with other new phones. I was very disappointed to be duped by this so called customer service person. I went to Samsung & they did it straight away with no issue whatsoever. Might need to look

my husband and i have been thinking of changing our providers from Spark to 2 degrees and also upgrading our phones. decided to stop by at 2 degrees in Queensgate and was served by Parth. he was excellent at his job in explaining the plans and trade in with our old phones. he also helped us setting up our new phones. overall, great service and experience. if you would like to switch provider, would recommend 2 degrees! thank you!

I think they should start looking into customers booking appointments with them as they clearly cannot handle the amount of customers that come into their stores, especially on the weekends. I noticed they have preference to people who look like them or those who look scary.We’ve been waiting for more than half an hour at their crowded place, with no seats to sat on, and when it was our turn, the salesperson asked us if he can serve the other guy as apparently he was first - even though he just came in, probably he went somewhere else for the same reason: 2degrees LH couldn’t handle the amount of their customers. That’s not fair to people who had been patiently waiting inside. I told him no, we’ve been waiting here for long, we are in a hurry, our parking is nearly due, all you need to do is give us the phone we pre ordered anyway. He said it won’t take long for them as he just needs to collect the phone, which confused me as that was our reason anyway. See, they have “Preference.” The other guy got freebies while we got nothing, probably because I basically demanded him to act fair.Besides that, it was still a mess with 6 groups of people waiting for 3 salesmen and 2 computers. Quite a sad sight!

2 degree, one in Queensagte mall is one of the worse to go, they are not sure of anything, only sure in taking orders and then don’t even stay on their words, ordered i phone 14 pro max from there the guy named Pankaj said that the order will be there in 6 weeks…just went back and forth with the days passing by, dint gave any answer neither their customer dealing is nice, have been with them from quite long but dint expected such worse experience. Would never recommend anybody for 2 degree.
