Viv, the kindest person with an amazing skill to be able to help people. Viv was able to help me overcome a few of life hurdles just over a few sessions. Since my sessions have ended there is a wee part of me that makes me think of Viv and how to manage life challenges as they pop up. Definitely recommend Viv!

It's been a year since my sessions with Viv, and I can honestly say it was the best decision I made - to seek help dealing with stress. I can't pin point at what point, but sometimes over the 5 sessions something changed in me, and things that used to stress me doesn't anymore. My life has changed for better. Besides that, Viv is such a great person, and I really enjoyed our sessions.
