Where to start..... Incorrect information about awning advertised, When calling the office to ask about certain things I was made to feel like an idiot because the confirmation did not state relevant information. Incorrect information provided about FREE airport transfers - ended up having to get a cab at our cost with 3 children in tow, just a bad experience overall and unfortunately I cant recommend this company to anyone.

Why would you have a motor home service in tauranga and the only place you can pick up is Auckland,Wellington or Christchurch..

Very helpful in the selling part and even responsive when we arrived at 830am in Christchurch to collect our Duluxe van we paid over $9000 for 2 weeks for. Unfortunately didn't bother to tell us our order had been divested from Apollo to JUCY who were shocking. Took 4 hours to get out van, it was dirty, broken, rattles like anything, you can't talk to each other as you dive along it makes so much noise. Happy to wash his hands of it once you complain. This company was recommended to me but I can not in good faith recommend to anyone else. New Zealand is a beautiful place but I would not recommend the camper experience and we have a caravan at home so it's not like we are rookies.

Highly recommend this company. Bill has done an awesome job. Would definitely book through them again.
