Love this place! The trainers are down to earth, encouraging and really know their stuff. The gym is kept clean and hygienic and the focus on proper techniques and encouragement to improve while working within your limits makes me feel safe. The social aspect between the members is also awesome (Not only the organised events but members are often cheering each other on, chatting after class or heading to the cafe together to refuel!) I have achieved some great personal bests here and can't wait to see where to next!

Amazing gym, so friendly and supportive. Something for everyone from newbies to experienced. Trainers have time to tweak your form during class and the atmosphere is great.

The classes here are great and the staff are awesome, helpful and friendly. Very professional team and very knowledgeable. I'm loosing weight gaining muscle and learning so much technique and skills here. I love it!
