I spent $76 on products and was told a bag would be 30 cents. That's not protecting the environment, it's just being unreasonable and tight (like if an upmarket restaurant charged customers for napkins).

Whatever you do - please ask for Katie to do your hair. I had horrible orange streaky hair prior to coming in and Katie completely transformed my hair. It is now a beauriful whitw blonde with consistant colour. I have been to many different hairdressers in my life and Katie is definately superior to all of them. Not only was her work beyond what i could have imagined my hair would look like, she was so kind and professional. You could tell she really loves to make her clients look beautiful. I cant rave about Katie enough. Thank you so much!!!

My hair looks great thanks to Katie, who is also really cool. She always made sure I was happy with the length of my hair and how it was styled, and she made sure I was well taken care of. She did a fantastic job cutting my hair, but she also developed a nice rapport with myself and the other clients as well as the staff. Synergy New Market is such a very therapeutic place, and I will definitely return when I need my hair done. I really love the customer service and I enjoyed my time there.

I went in randomly to buy copper colouring conditioner. I spoke to Amy who convinced me that she would do a better job than me and the conditioner of dying my hair red (even though she gave me all the instructions for a DIY). End of story: my hair looks AMAZING! People say it looks incredible and nothing less! It’s s also soft and shiny and very silky! She made me feel comfortable and at ease with all her knowledge and empathy. Don’t think I’ll be changing colours and/or hair dressers anytime soon!

Amy is literally the BEST hair dresser around!! You will not only have the most amazing looking hair but also the funniest chats ever while you get it done! I couldn’t recommend her enough!!! I’m never changing stylists again! I always come out absolutely loving my hair she is just simply the best!

I went to this salon on a short notice after a bad hair color I had experienced at another salon. Amy was amazing and was able to fix the hair color for me the way I wanted it. She was so friendly and accommodating to my need. Thanks so much Amy for your help.Edit: 17/02/2023: I went to this salon for the second time and did a hair color with Rochelle. She was amazing at her job and I ended up with having a nice caramel blond color from the red and dark color I first had.

I had my first haircut here last month because of the convenience. However I’ve booked my 2nd appointment for next month as I loved my experience. The lady who did my hair was very knowledgeable and caring. She didn’t recommend products that I won’t need which is always a big thing for me. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I have been a loyal customer of Synergy Newmarket, especially when Katie and Amy (not there any longer) have done my hair. Today I had a blow wave booked and there was unexpected traffic delays so called to say that I was very near and would be late by 5 minutes at the least. I was informed not to come in as they couldn't fit me in now - in all the times that I have been there, I have arrived early or on time and had to wait 5 to 10 minutes which I have never minded. You have just lost my custom and goodwill.
