26 years ago I gave birth to a healthy baby with the assistance of Richard Fisher and Fertility Associates. Recently I had to undergo a hysterectomy performed by Doctor Sunil Pillay. Doctor Pillay is an amazing surgeon and a very caring man. Nothing was too much trouble and I feel great. Thank you so much

It was a mixed journey for me- it started off with me being told (and having it in writing) that I was going onto the donor waiting list after that particular appointment. Because it was around Christmas time they said there was no urgency to do the correlating counselling session until the New Year, to which I did. I then found out in Feb that I hadn’t in fact been put on the waiting list because I need to do the counselling session first.I was also quite misinformed around certain procedures/timelines when I started my egg fr I what to expect. I felt really lost at this stage.From when I started doing my injections, things became more clear and by the time my procedure came around it felt well informed and looked after. Dr Phil and all the nurses were great and communication both in person and via the salve app was good.I guess if I could give feedback, it would be treat every person right at the beginning as if they know nothing about the processes and give them as much information as possible. I know it may feel a bit repetitive for the doctors/nurses but for those of us experience this for the first time this is such a huge thing for us- the information provides reassurance, understanding and shows you care

Can not fault the team at Fertility Associates. Extremely professional, informative, reassuring and helpful regardless of all my questions. Extremely grateful for all staff I encountered throughout the whole process

Lovely nurses and Anna Bashford is lovely to deal with. It's easy to get an appointment, the Salve app is great for getting in touch with nurses for information, treatment updates and appointments etc. I had a positive experience.

I had a great experience at Fertility Associates Remuera.I did two cycles of egg freezing and while the outcome for the first cycle wasn’t the best I got the great results from my second cycle thanks to changes Dr.Sunil made to my treatment plan.Dr. Sunil is not only highly knowledgeable but, also has a fantastic way of making you feel comfortable and understood with his warm and caring nature.Also, I’m thankful to all nurses at Fertility Associates who provided exceptional care and kindness for me during my treatment.

I just had my first consult with Dr. Ogilvie after being referred by my Specialist in Whangarei. My initial contact was Britt" who is the administrator for the Endocrine Group. I imagine most of the women seeking help are

Absolutely zero followup following failed IVF. We totally understood the risks and the fact that it was unsuccessful wasn't the issue, rather the complete lack of followup from anybody to see if we were OK, what the next steps could be or if wanted to try again.... have seen better follow-up and aftercare from the public health service let alone private healthcare that cost in excess of $20k.

I want to say nice things, but communication is very poor. Nurses never answer the phone, and you always have to leave voice-mails. I have had issues getting both my prescription and blood test forms.If you are considering fertility associates, be aware if you have a time sensitive issue they will not answer the phone or help you.Never seem to be an issue of being asked to pay or reminding you of the bill though

I've found fertility associates a pleasure to deal with. I have 7 embryos in the freezer and it's given me hope that one day I'll be a Mother, where in the past I felt like I had none.
