We asked for a quote and they were very responsive, they reply the following day and came to our home to assess and advice the best place to install the pellet burner. Adam came to install it and he was so professional. The result was outstanding. We definitively recommended them.

Our pallet fire was installed by hot spot. When Logan arrived he listened to my concerns that fire not operating efficiently he listed couple of reasons checked the fire corrected the installation fault cleaned fire explained how best to maintain fire very knowledgeable excellent service and our fire is now working wonderfully many thanks Logan 100% happy and urge people to make these guys their preferred pallet fire suppliers and maintenance people.
