Took our cocker spaniel to Wag Dog in Papamoa as she was in desperate need of a grooming. When picking her up again I was amazed at the wonderful job they have done! Mia looked absolutely amazing! Thank you Team!

I took my dog Charlie to the Mt. Maunganui location. I was absolutely delighted with the job they did. Charlie got a full clean and groom, and he looks fantastic. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional and I look forward to using their service again. I would absolutely recommend Wag to any dog owner. Thank you Wag Club Mt. Maunganui!! So happy with this service.

Very poor service. Instructed the owner, Jozi, how we wanted our dog trimmed and was told it would be done the way she wanted as it was her reputation at stake. Our dog was returned shaved (needlessly) and in places down to the skin. If you care for your dog don’t take it here.

Took my dog for his first groom ever and came home wonderfully groomed and smelling lovely. Very attention staff and did exactly what I have asked for. One very satisfied client here, five stars isn’t enough of how happy my dog and myself were.. Will definitely come back!

very rude staff and poor service. Treated my poor puppy horribly for his first ever grooming and told me that they will not be grooming him again as he was not well behaved enough.

Decided to try this place out after the last groomer left our little terrier trembling and bleeding from a cut too close to her skin. Jozi is wonderful and our little girl always comes home full of beans and smelling/looking beautiful. Thank you for taking care of her will definitely be getting repeat business from me from now on :)
