I contacted this company mid may to check my heat pump. One technician came around and had a look, said parts inside need replacement. I agreed and parts were ordered. They came again with the new parts to realize they had the wrong parts. Correct parts were ordered again and I had to pay extra. The new, correct parts arrived end of June and another technician came to install them. Yet my heat pump wasn't working. He checked the outside unit and realized the issue is coming from outside unit not the heat pump itself. Said parts would need to be ordered for outside.I already paid $100+ for initial diagnosis, then I was invoiced $700+ for inside parts+work then finally $800+ for outside parts+ workThe first technician made a wrong diagnosis in the first place but I have to pay for all this ??? How is this fair ??? Either way, if I agree to pay any of this i'm not even sure my heat pump is going to work and if I don't pay my heat pump is not fixed. A big waste of time.

Aggressive driving not considerate

Do not reccomend.Was charged $180 for technician to look and take a photo of heatpump. Stated part needed and told I would recieve quote over phone. Recieved quote of approx - $600 for part alone and encouraged to buy a new heat pump off them.I got second opinion from another local tech who repaired heatpump for $200 total....I wish I read the other google reviews.... Rip Off
