We ordered a made to order 2+3 sofa set. We found the design we liked and were able to personalize the set in terms of fabric, leg colour, seat and back cushion firmness, scotch-guarding and firming the backs as they would not be against wall. Delivery was in the given time frame which was just 2 months after initial purchase. The set came well wrapped and are made very well. Service was communicative, prompt and friendly. We payed significantly less than most other places without having to sacrifice at all. Would highly recommend Sofa Creations :)

I found every aspect of my purchase to be very good with excellent communication. It was easy to order online, then I was called to verify my order. I was informed of waiting times and was kept informed throughout. My sofas arrived exactly when I had been advised and in great condition. I would recommend the product and excellent service.

My wife and I had a great experience in this shop today. The man that served us was very friendly and informative, he did a great job accommodating our requests. The selection of sofas are extensive with great price points. Definitely recommend this store.

We ordered the Sydney Modular which arrived before the expected delivery date and we absolutely love our new couch. It is a great couch if you are tall like my partner and I. The quality with what it was made is amazing. I highly recommend Sofa Creations.

I found the furniture appears to off gas which gives me headaches, nausea and breathing problems. I contacted the store about it but Hardik said they can't help so be very careful about your purchase especially if you have young kids. The problems started when I got the couch and go away if I remove the couch from the house. The store is not interested in helping post purchase. I've found out some furniture products can off gas formaldehyde, benzene and toluene which cause these kinds of symptoms.
