Lovely interior very western, pity about the service at the front counter, told to go to table 12 with a waitress , left with menu.Place pretty empty, so asked to switch to cubicle seat by heater, told yes but reserved so only have 90 minutes.Took our order and never saw them againLots of staff on, but walked past us without smile or seeing if we were OK...Shame really as nice place.

Food was okay. Upon paying the bill, noticed ordered Oyster Bay became Saddleback. Asked why. Been told probably ran out. Should have told me tho" i said. The answer was "Saddleback is cheaper anyway". Bring receipt back to the table to compare with drink menu. Oyster Bay $12.50

After telling them I had an allergy, I ordered and was served a meal with my allergen in it. Luckily I could taste it and didn't have a severe reaction as I am anaphylactic. I never saw the initial server again but the second server was more hospitable at least.The restaurant was unclean, all sauce bottles and salt and pepper looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time, with old sauce encrusted on them.I would never go back, I almost never write these type of reviews but this was awful.

Our waitress took our drink orders, asked her to come back as we weren't ready to order. Took ages for drink order we had to ask where they were. Didn't come back to take our food order, reception/manager took our order, but only ordered one main. I didn't get mine, had to go ask where main was found out wasn't ordered. Got something quick as husband nearly finished his. Got replacement, that hot couldn't eat it and was overcooked. If waitress was doing her job properly would not have had a problem. Food also not as good as when we have been there before.

We went for the Boxing Day dinner. The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly. Although we haven’t made a reservation the team helped us to find a table and managed to get the food ready as early as possible.Food was great and portion size was filling.

Showed up late notice with no booking and was catered to by staff. Service was lovely and top notch and the food was amazing. My wife had the salmon which she commented was delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly to my liking. The garlic ciabatta bread went down a treat as well.

FOOD was spectacular!Got the Pork and the Crackling was to die for. If you know me you'll know I love a good cracking.Only complaint was that It was a bit crowded and seats were really close to each other. However - I can understand that given how nice it is.
