I cannot stress enough just how good this barber shop is. Bella has been my barber or the better part of a year and she is always very welcoming and has a knack for knowing what you're trying to say you want even if you have no idea. The service and attention to detail from both her and Joe. Five stars, nothing short of it, ever.

Attention to detail is highly evident in both the carefully curated blend of interior decor and excellent service. It is hard to recommend anything better in Auckland, and Urban Goose is worth both the walk and drive.

Joe is the top barber in Auckland as far as I'm concerned and as a result this will quickly become the number 1 barber shop in town. I follow him wherever he goes. Attention to detail is absolutely spot on and always leave feeling like a new man. Cant recommend him enough.

Beautiful atmosphere and aesthetic. Staff are awesome. Saw Jaime who looked after me well and did a wicked job as always. One of the best Barbershops I’ve been to in Tāmaki, will be back again soon. 10/10 would recommend

I had a haircut with Bella, who's now working with Joe. Bella was fantastic - extremely attentive to what I wanted - and asked questions to make sure she understood and got what I was hoping for. I was super happy with my cut and will be coming back to see Bella again! Thank you!

I really can't bear to see people say that Joseph is not good at cutting Asian hair. I have cut my hair with him for a long time. I am Chinese. He is absolutely professional and kind, and makes me very satisfied every time. I really don't understand what Stephen said, maybe he himself is not good at communication or he is not confident about himself appearance.
