For over a decade I trusted her with my properties while away in Australia but upon return found my property in totally abject , pathetic condition. This was inspite of me helping her throughout the 10 years and showing trust by staying with her when she started her own company. But the fee structure was changed without even informing me and later I found there were tons of people sharing the property. The property was handed over in such a condition that any other person would have taken her to the courts. All the cleaning was done at my expense, the tenant owed me lots of money. There was promise of my money being recovered without fail and then there was no word at all. These people should not be allowed in the property market and be black listed. Landlords beware.

no one answer the calls ,email ,text after 4 days , I'm not sure if they still operating .

Very unprofessional. Very Rude when on calls. will be extremely helpfull and fast but once contract is signed contact stops and calls are ignored. if this is questioned you will be berated and told how dear you tell me how to do my job""

JDL has recently taken over the property management for the property I am at and I must say, that Deborah has been nothing but efficient, has great communication skills and professional. Dealing with her has been very easy and stress free. All has been very good so far with no complaints. Thank you Deborah!
