We are very happy working with Auckland Heat Pumps to change our old home into a warm living area during the miserable Auckland winter! AHP keeps a great open communication with their customers and very patient at answering questions so you feel comfortable to explore all different options to find the optimal one. Mike is thorough, efficient and professional from quotation to installation and you can tell he has a lot of experience behind the great work delivered. John is very kind and gentle, as well as professional – we felt very safe for them to work on an 100-year old house! We would certainly be recommending AHP to others in the future.

My Daikin heat pump installed before I moved in started leaking recently. After calling Daikin, I was able to contact the original installer (Auckland Heat Pumps) and arrange a warranty repair. From speaking to Mike to the final install, it was just over a week. Great banter and professional presence. Could do with a website revamp, but no harm in focussing on the heat pump installs instead.
