Three stars represents five stars for the staff who do the cleaning and are first rate every time and one star for the admin staff who constantly make changes to the appointment times or just cancel the clean completely, often without bothering to tell the customer. They always give me the impression they think they are doing me a favour rather than providing a service they are being paid for, and they speak to me as though I am a naughty child or perhaps a little mentally slow.

Lisa and the team did a fantastic job cleaning our house before the new owners move in. It is sparkling and smelling great. It has been a huge stress relief and worth every cent.

This company repeatedly schedules work for the times they are told is not suitable, cancel at last minute and fail to turn up for weeks.

Oven clean was excellent. The oven is spotless and I’m very happy with the 2 people who did the work. 5 stars for them. However, the office staff on the 0800 number really need to get some customer service training. The original appointment came and went with no sign of anyone. A phone call elicited the response “That’s right, as the appointment time was changed” I asked when were we going to be notified? There was a silence and then the totally uninterested voice told me the new time. They couldn’t have cared less. Such a contrast to the people who cleaned the oven. They were cheerful and energetic and totally professional. I give a qualified tick to this service only because of the admin staff. I suggest customers phone beforehand to make sure everything is on time. Thank you
