Decent sized machines (10kg and 18kg washers, 14kg and 21kg dryers)... OK pricing, convenient payment system (see below). Saved me from having to use my dryer in my furnace of an apartment in the middle of the current heatwave to dry my bed linen! #savedOpen 24x7 (you may need to txt to unlock door after hours).Free WiFi if you need it. Currently (Dec 10th 2019) there are no staff" onsite as the coffeshop is closed.Machines are operated by EFTPOS terminals with "Paywave" (Credit Cards incl AMEX and Apple Pay accepted)

This place has a nice atmosphere and is a great place to do washing and drying if you are staying close by in the city, with food places and a carpark closeby. Access via stairs. Recommended.

I use this place every week its clean and nice but one of dryer was broken and i have repay and redo my clothes into other machine after waiting 30mins. Trying to contact owner but no email no contact number website has issue to send massage but it the best one in town i guess

Self service laundry. Very good. Machines worked very well. Had option for chosing heavy / light load machines and the cost was also dependent on that. Could use card to pay for the service. That was an added ease of usage.

Worst experience in my 15 years in Auckland. Washed my 5 jackets and knitwears along with others at 830pm 27/04. Then put it for drying and came back to find it completely gone. Someone stole every single thingIm gutted... And angry. Worth almost $1000 gone in minutes.Security doors where anyone can text and get in. Wonder who's gonna compensate fr this disaster

Decent laundromat. Some of the machines needed an exterior cleanup and it was hot inside with the dryers running. Easy to pay with card and machines had 30 min cycles. Got the laundry done before the next leg of our trip!

Generally tidy and machines are in good working order. As recommended bring your own laundry detergent, or visit the nearby Countdown Supermarket to buy some. Machines don't accept cash, but are very straightforward to use by card instead. Highly recommend if in the city on holiday and need a wash or, like myself, have your washing machine unexpectedly break down mid-cycle.
