Check your stuff in ur car carefully before it been towed by this company . They kept my car in their storage for over a week and end up i have lost a pair of shoe and other stuff when i got my car back !!! Be aware !!

Alternator issues after attending a funeral meant I needed to be towed last Friday afternoon/evening... this is a busy company - don't forget there are others in need on the road out there and you're not the only one! When these things happen it can indeed take time, but always remember the busy companies are usually busy for a reason - because they know what they are doing and are good at their jobs!These guys were great on what would have been a busy Friday - they kept me updated on anticipated tow truck time and the driver that attended was AWESOME!Thanks Pabio... your truck was clean and tidy, you kept me informed on what was being done and why, your company shared from Glenfield to Albany was a joy!... what an absolute asset you are to this company and indeed to the reputation of tow truck drivers everywhere... all drivers should aspire to give the service you gave!You ended what had been a very sad and frustrating day for me - with a smile and I Thank You and your company for doing so.Clients are too quick to complain and seem to forget to give Thanks when it is deserved... so I am making sure you get that thanks this time. This company has had me and my 5yr old waiting for over 3-4hours, they told us 90 minutes was the wait time at 5.30pm & it is 9.13pm and they still have not come. The company didn’t even call us back to update us like they said they would so I had to call them back & find out he’s now doing another job. I understand it is busy. But please don’t lie and say he’s on the way 90 minutes ago to me and then he’s doing jobs somewhere else. Specially when you say we will be put as urgent. It’s cold and dark now my child is hungry and tired. Very poor service

Used to be the only towing company I use but can’t say I’ll be calling them anytime soon. Have been trying to get my car towed for days and keep getting told they’ll send someone out and after calling yesterday I was told they “can’t do it” and to “find someone else”. I paid twice for them to keep trying. So now my car is stuck, flat, and in the city gathering tickets. Even after offering my help to get it towed because of the spot it’s in.

Absolutely useless - wanted payment upfront - which I paid. Was told it would be 2 hours - I wanted 2.5 hours than rang, they sent the driver to the “wrong address” and said it would be another 1.5 hours - so totally wasted 5 hours on the side of a road - absolutely useless avoid at all costs.

Terrible service. Car broke down so needed to be towed. Tow was supposed to take 2 hours…..nothing after 2.5 hours so called to follow up and was told they would be there within the next 30 mins. Nothing. Had to leave as had an appointment to get to and called for an update 1.5 hours after I left the car…..was advised the car still hadn’t been towed and it would be another hour! So I went back to the car to check on it and it was gone! The garage it was towed to called a short while later (after I had been panicked thinking it was stolen as I had been told it hadn’t been picked up yet) to say the car had arrived. The complete lack of truthful communication from this company is astounding. If they had done as they said they would I wouldn’t have had to pay another night to stay in Auckland as the car arrived to the garage right as it was closing which was hours after it should have arrived.

Terrible Service. My car was flooded in the recent flood in Auckland. They towed my flooded car and when I got a scrap guy to take the car, they are saying they can't allow somebody to get into their tow yard and will take the car out themselves which again comes with a unnecessary cost. They made me pay for the storage first before I could even even see my car and deny to give a breakup of the amount I need to pay. They do not work on weekends so if your car is at their tow yard and you want to take it, you will need to wait for Monday and also pay for the storage charges on weekend as well. WORST Company for towing!!

Avoid using them if you can. They towed my car 5 days after they were meant to and didn't notify myself or the roadside rescue team who arranged the towing. They sent text message updates saying they were on their way to tow the car and that they had completed the towing service on two different occasions - when they hadn't done it at all. When I called to query, I was told there were no notes left on file so no one could tell me what went wrong and why. Absolute nightmare to deal with. After sharing my experience with a colleague, they also told me they had a similar experience with these guys. Don't waste your time here, these guys are useless :)

Called for a car tow at 6.20pm got told it would be 90mins and had to pay before they arrived so paid straight away after 2 hours called to get eta they said they would call me back and didn’t then I called after another hour said they couldn’t give me a time at all. Then waited another hour and then they said it would be another 3 hours but no call back nothing!!! Absolutely useless!!! Canceled it asked for a confirmation of refund nothing!! Will be calling their office as this is not how you run a business!!! Dont ever use this company
