A real shame about the chips! Very dry and hard. They haven't always been this way, so we've persevered, as the fish is fresh with crispy batter, but the chips have disappointed for the last three visits, unfortunately.

Fish was delicious and you could tell it was fresh. Loved the homemade chips, they were a bit dry but that was probably because I was late to pick them up. Parking is scarce, so you might have to park down the road on a busy Friday/Saturday night. Also the potato fritter was a literal 10/10, probably the best I’ve ever had.

Best fish and chips I have ever had. I moved to this neighbourhood last year and I am still getting my weekly fish and chips Friday. Only last week did I appreciate the true quality. The store was closed at lunch so I had to go to the other takeaway store in Wadestown, but it was nowhere near as good. The chips, fish and burgers are always perfect. Highly recommend. Also the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

Our favourite fish and chip shop on Wellington! 10/10 The owner is so lovely! He even bought our food out to our car while we were waiting one night. The fish is always so tasty and the chips are so yum!

Incredible takeaway fish & chips. Their menu includes a lot more than that but the fish is the real highlight here. Good prices and big portions.

Best Fish and Chips in Wellington. That is if you are getting Fish and Chips. Don't know about the rest. But if you get a piece of fillet fish (A bit more expensive) You will not be disappointed and the hand made chips are delicious and crunchy. Love this store.
