Reasonable prices, and there seemed to be ample parking available, but at an incline that made getting out of the car a little difficult if your hands are full. Their friendly staff was very helpful with getting what I needed rung up and loaded in the car for me, though. Front parking exit was blocked by a delivery truck as I wanted to leave, but an employee directed me and another customer to a back exit, which I didn't know about but was easy to navigate.

Love these guys, they are always on the ball with my monthly orders, Pallet is always packed and secured beautifully for its trip to Tonga, and they are always willing to offer advice and help when needed for my horse and dog food questions. Thank you guys..

Great place to get your chicken feed especially Chook Chow. Don't have to travel all the way to Takanini now. Very friendly helpful staff to put it in the car.

It is amazing what a change of ownership can do. From never having stock and staff that had almost lost the will to live, we now have no problems getting what we need, with people who are just so happy to help. I would now highly recommend this company for your animal needs. I feel sad now having to move out of Auckland and now begin looking for a new company. I wish them all the success. It's been a pleasure dealing with you all.

A wonderful place to pick up all of your pet requirements. The staff are fantastic, so very helpful, I definitely recommend people to call in and chat to the lovely staff, and the cat is usually the first person to greet you.

Always great service and I like that they have clear plastic sample bags of chicken feed so you can see what variety of grains etc. are in each bag for sale. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell which is great. They'll even carry heavier items to your vehicle. Would really recommend this business to others wanting quality products and helpful service with a smile.

last week i brought back one unopened bag of 25kg HRF FF horse feed to the shop which i had bought 6 days before . because we found grain mite crawling from bag and all over it and wanted to exchange it. at first i was told it run out, then she told me i need bring receipt and refuse ro refund. for many years i come to this shop sometimes i pay cash , she never offer me receipt . i never thought i need it until now. on top of that she said the time for return goods is 5 days which is untrue its 14 days according to this site. she told me the grain mite is kind of protein and it cost no harm to animal, i can just only spray on the surface. i guess everybody can google about it. to know the truth. i want to remind people to ask receipt no matter how you trust people. secondly, check the bags , grain mite can look like dust if you not pay attention. i am disappointed with my experience won't go back!
