Platinum Homes is by far the most unsatisfactory construction company we have ever engaged with. Despite selecting them to construct our house with the assurance of a 19-20 week build time, it ended up taking an excruciating 2 years. We strongly advise against choosing Platinum Homes under any circumstances. Even after residing in our house for two years, we are still waiting for repairs to be addressed. Their building quality is abysmal. If you speak with anyone who has constructed a home with Platinum in the past 3 years, I guarantee you'll hear comparable accounts.
