Courtney was amazing! Both the colour and cut was amazing, I left it all up to her and she did it perfectly I couldn’t have asked for better. Made me feel so comfortable when I haven’t had my hair dyed in years. Thank you! ❤️

I’ve just had the best colour and cut ever! Kayla and another lovely hairdresser listened to what I wanted, were very professional and I left with the best short haircut I have had. Sadly, I don’t live locally, but I will certainly visit this salon whenever I’m in the area. Thank you - Colleen

Unfortunately the hairdresser did not follow my request, she just started cutting without much of a discussion prior and even made a discourteous comment. I do not recommend this salon.

I've just had my adult daughter in tears after a hair cut yesterday. The cut is not what she wanted however the MAIN issue is how she was treated. Last cut of the day from an impatient cutter who can't wait for the day to end to have a glass of wine". She was supposed to have a "consultation" and didn't get to show her a picture on her phone. She said she felt intimidated and another stylist was called across to help - she then felt doubly shamed for being emotional about the cut. I can't believe that for $70 she was not listened to. Where in the process was the 'consultation'? You knew she was unhappy and still charged her fully and let her leave upset - I think a full refund is in order

I'm so grateful for the hair stylist Kayla! She helped me to recover my hair and my self esteem with it after an awful and unprofessional chemical cut done by another person. After four months that she started treating my hair I can finally give a smile of satisfaction in front of the mirror. There's still a long way to get my hair back exactly how it was but I know that now I'm on good hands. 5 stars are not enough to rate this amazing professional :) Kelly
