So far the most consistent Chicking I have been to. The chicken cooked well (never overcooked), the chicken size is large too. My go to if I'm craving for fried chicken. The outlet is clean as well. Waiting time hasn't been disappointing.

The service and food is amazing. I miss understood the menu and made a comment to my husband. The staff overhead me and later the manager brought me some extra Tandoori Bites. It was very sweet of them.

Absolutely amazing food and service. I have been here many time and they never disappoint. The chicken toasties are an absolute treat and are always packed with flavour. Everything else on their menu, from the burgers to the chicken bites/strips are always succulent and cooked to perfection. Food is ready in 10-15 minutes when not to busy. Pricing wise, they are very well priced, especially compared to KFC. I definitely recommend paying chicking a visit if you haven't already. The food is also halal certified.

Always hot fresh chicken and good portion sizes compared to other branches. I have never had a single issue with Albany branch they are spot on and provide good service! They even provided me with some extra carry bags for my large order and never have to wait too long - they warn you if there is a delay which is fair enough ☺️

The wait times when it’s busy are an absolute joke and nobody seems to be doing anything. They all just seem to be fiddling about. One person making orders. Others are just looking like deers in the headlights. Just nobody coordinating anything. Burgers standing on warmer shelf for 20 minutes. Kind of feel sorry for them. I don’t know how this place is in business.

Shocking! Waited 20min for dry chicken warm chips, spicy wings NOT! Gravy n potatoe to watery, jalapeños poppers were goodI'll stick with kfc TYwill not recommend
