The Marae part is looking amazing but as for the old polytechnic buildings that surround it well it's just sad and they need to go or be upgraded but in their current state I'd say demolish.

Bit of an eyesore really not very well looked after bit of a waste of taxpayer money really time to knock the place down and build some low cost housing.
