Cookies were amazing! Lovely staff member too. The real hot chocolate was one of the best I’ve tasted.

I saw this listed in the food festival programme and even with a sense of expectation, it blew me away. The service was friendly and fast, the coffee was great and the cookie was mind-blowing.

Contrary to popular belief the cookies were actually gigantic

What a great experience. We were greeted promptly as soon as we walked in and given a great run down of the menu. As my friends know I’m extremely indecisive, and with a wide range of cookies to choose from I couldn’t make up my mind. The staff member on shift was more than happy to run me through each cookie with extensive detail listing each ingredient and what to expect from the texture. This definitely helped a whole lot, and once he had described the biscoff to me I was sold. We decided to get a coffee with our cookies which they had my favourite alternative milk, oat! We sat at the windowsill with our laptops out completing some work due that day. They came and topped up our water multiple times and made us feel very welcomed to stay as long as we liked. After an hour another temptation hit me and I went for the vegan gluten free cookie. I Have no idea how they did it but this cookie was even better than the one I had previously. I was so delighted with my experience, from the welcoming blue and pink colours to each well thought out design on the wall. We managed to get the last of the sun through the open windows and get our work done in such an open and welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a one stop cookie shop, you may be out of luck. Because I think you’ll find your self returning for the service and the cookies the very next day. I cannot recommend this place enough, big ups to the little cookie shop!

Possibly the best cookie I've ever had and definitely one of the best service experiences ever. The lovely man working here was very friendly, entertaining and gave me some great local travel recommendations. Highly recommend!

Great selection of really yummy cookies. Each of them is like a little cake with its own flavour and taste. If it says chocolate" it is a truly chocolate one

The cookies are delicious and the size good for the price. The actual space is also really nice. However, there are a few things:- it's wasn't clean although it had just opened; the tables and especially the bathroom was really dirty. Also on top of that, empty soap.- the space is not very toddler friendly, everything is really high- several people with smaller kids entered and left again as the music too loud/ and above mentioned not friendly for anyone with a kid (despite the things you can buy there are obviously spot on kid tempting)- the cookies weren't actually baked when we got there, which is fine, can happen; it took 20 more minutes for them to be ready. the shop was left with me whilst the counterperson was away getting them and when came back wasn't actually very apolagetic towards the people waiting there for them. Just seemed a bit unorganized.

Cookies are expensive but yummy.However, they’re never open when you need them to be: Whenever I walk past, it’s a Sunday while running errands, and for some reason they’re closed that day.So, we made plans to go on a Saturday; and at 11am today they were closed again, despite everything saying they should be open. I want to support this place, but it’s not going so well.UPDATE (12JAN2023):Another day that Google Maps says open and we show up to find them closed. Just so frustrating.

Yum!!! Brand new shop still smells like fresh paint. Cookies 5/5 stars. Services 5/5 stars. Coffee 5/5 stars. Prices 5/5 stars. Would love to see this place here permanently. Yumm what a happy little treat ❤️
